Since 1937, K&W Cafeterias has prepared their home-style foods from scratch. We strive to keep our prices affordable without compromising on the quality our customers have come to expect. Having grown to 33 locations throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia, K&W is still family-owned and operated with corporate offices in Winston-Salem, NC. Variety

K&W’s food is famous throughout the southeast. We hope you’ll dine with us on a regular basis, so we change many of our entrees each day. Of course, some signature K&W recipes are so popular that we feature them every day. With over 100 food items daily, we know you’ll love our variety.

Family-Friendly

K&W is the perfect place for family dining. Everyone can choose their favorite foods, and our clean, cheerful dining room is ideal for sharing time and discussing the day with your family. There are high-chairs for children, changing areas in the restrooms, and a friendly wait staff to assist in carrying trays, refilling glasses, providing additional silverware, or bringing an additional food item.

Our Employees

Our employees are a HUGE part of the K&W experience. Many have been with K&W for over 30 years, with a few over 40 years. These dedicated individuals help keep our mission alive. From those who arrive daily at 5:00 am to start making that day’s offering of over 100 food items, to those who serve in the cafeteria line, or those who make sure all our kitchen equipment is functioning properly, K&W is blessed with outstanding employees!

As a family-owned business, we know each of our locations is linked to the success of its community. That’s why K&W sponsors the efforts of many non-profit organizations.
